Department of Infrastructure's Community Matters radio show and podcast

The Department of Infrastructure (DOI) featured Provincial Minister of Infrastructure Tertuis Simmers in the seventh episode of the Community Matters radio show this evening, 4 November 2025 on various Western Cape community radio stations.

The show was also be livestreamed online.

In Episode 7 of the Community Matters Show, Minister Simmers unpacks how the Department of Infrastructure is maintaining over 2 000 state-owned facilities, creating thousands of jobs through the EPWP, and investing billions to keep our province moving forward.

The Department of Infrastructure (DOI) piloted the Community Matters radio show  on various community radio stations in the Western Cape on 20 May 2025.
