Subcouncil 14 registered housing beneficiary verification drive
If you are registered on the City of Cape Town’s housing waiting list in Ward 11, Ward 14, Ward 16, Ward 17, Ward 19, Ward 108 or Ward 114, you are invited to attend one of the housing beneficiary verification events below.

Please note: These events are only for people already registered on the housing beneficiary database in Wards 11, 14, 16, 17, 19, 108 or 114. New registrations can only be made at the City of Cape Town’s facilities. Remember to bring your ID document.
Check whether you are registered by SMS: Send your 13-digit ID number, followed by a space and your surname, to 44108.
